What happens when someone passes me?
Your listing stays on the all-time board while the service operates and your listing follows the rules. Its position changes. You can add another payment to move up; no automatic charge is made.
How does the daily board work?
Only payments confirmed during the current UTC calendar day count. At 00:00 UTC, the daily board starts fresh. Those payments remain in the all-time total.
Can I request a refund?
Contact the operator shown on the policies page with your payment receipt. A changing rank or low traffic alone is not a promised refund reason. Duplicate charges, service failures and mandatory consumer rights are reviewed. Approved refunds reduce ranking credit.
