What you buy

RallyBids sells sponsored product placements. Each payment adds $5–$500 in whole US dollars to one product's ranking credit. This is the amount added now, not a target total. No subscription is created. A purchase does not provide a share of our revenue, a prize, transferable funds or a cash balance.

Higher active credit ranks first. Equal totals are ordered by the first active payment within that board's time window, then the product's internal listing ID. The daily board uses the UTC calendar day. All-time credit has no scheduled expiry. The site does not promise perpetual operation.

Rank is assigned when a payment is confirmed by the server. Someone else may pay during your checkout. An estimated rank is not a reservation. We do not guarantee a number of visitors, conversions, sales, SEO improvement or time in a position.

All entries are paid promotions, not editorial recommendations. Outbound opens are approximate request counts with a short repeat filter, not unique people or verified human clicks. Demo products and demo amounts are fictional.

Submitting and promoting products

You must be at least 18 and authorized to promote the submitted product. Use its public HTTPS website. Do not submit impersonation, illegal or deceptive offers, malware, adult content, gambling, unlicensed financial offers or infringing material. Links and content are reviewed before a first live payment. Approval is not an endorsement.

Once a product exists, additional payments support its existing approved listing; submitting the same URL cannot replace its name, description or category. Tracking queries and fragments are removed. Contact the operator to correct approved details. Every sponsored link is labelled for browsers and search engines.

Listings may be suspended if the destination changes or violates these rules. Customers can report a product to the operator. Refunded amounts no longer count toward rank. Disputed payments are held out of rankings until reviewed.

Refunds & payment issues

If you believe a charge is duplicated or a purchased placement was not delivered, contact the operator with your payment receipt and product URL. Requests are reviewed against the payment record and applicable consumer rights. A changing rank or low traffic alone is not a guaranteed refund reason. Nothing here removes mandatory rights under applicable law.

Approved partial or full refunds reduce the related product's ranking credit. Payment disputes can temporarily remove that payment's credit. During an outage, retain your receipt and contact support instead of submitting repeated payments.

Privacy

Product names, descriptions, URLs, categories, active placement amounts and approximate opens are public. Do not put personal or confidential information in your listing. We store checkout references, payment status, amounts, timestamps and the accepted rules version to operate rankings and handle payment issues.

Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. RallyBids does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes transaction and customer details under its own privacy policy. The operator may view payment details through the payment provider to handle support, accounting and disputes.

This version uses no third-party analytics scripts, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Search text stays in your browser. Per-IP request counters are kept in process memory for rate limiting and short repeat-click filtering. Hosting and payment providers may maintain their own access or fraud logs. Product sharing links contain a public product ID. Order status links contain an unguessable order reference; keep them private.

Placement records remain while the service operates unless removed. Payment records may need to be retained to meet accounting, dispute and legal obligations. Contact the operator for access, corrections, deletion or questions; applicable retention requirements may limit deletion. Before live operation the operator must review these policies for its actual jurisdiction, providers and retention practices.

In the local demonstration no commercial operator or support address has been configured. This version does not take real payments.
