Placement terms.

1. What you buy

RallyBids sells monthly advertising placements. All published product listings are paid and marked Sponsored. Basic ($5 USD/month) provides a standard category listing. Featured ($19/month) adds a homepage featured position below Premium; 6 spots are available across the site. Premium ($49/month) adds one of 3 prominent homepage cards. Spotlight ($99/month) adds the single exclusive homepage hero. Featured, Premium and Spotlight include category priority.

Each subscription covers one product. All plans include a product name, image, description and official website link. Same-tier order rotates. No plan promises visitors, clicks, conversions, sales, revenue, search ranking improvements or product endorsement. Basic has no fixed capacity limit; the other limits apply globally, not separately per category.

2. Application and review

Submit only a product and materials you are authorized to promote. Supply an accurate description and a working, public HTTPS website and image. We may reject misleading claims, impersonation, illegal material, malware, infringing content, unsafe destinations or unsuitable submissions.

An application does not create a charge or subscription. We review it before enabling checkout. Approval is not a reservation: limited-tier capacity is checked again at checkout. Full tiers accept waitlist applications without payment. A paid period begins when the subscription starts; publication follows server-verified payment.

3. Monthly renewal and cancellation

Prices are in USD per month. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the disclosed amount until canceled. Use the billing portal from your private management link to cancel future renewal. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid that renewal charge.

Cancellation preserves an eligible listing until the end of the already-paid period. When that period expires without a successful renewal, the listing is removed. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may suspend display. Historical payments do not accumulate ranking or permanent placement rights.

4. Changes and non-refundable payments

Contact us before changing the advertised product, destination or creative; changes may require another review. Contact us about a plan change so we can check available capacity. A plan change is not guaranteed.

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to initial payments and renewals. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, early cancellation, a change of mind or advertising performance. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves eligible display until the paid period ends; it does not refund the current period. If you believe a charge is incorrect or a paid placement was not provided, contact us with your listing reference and receipt. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Your private link and data

Keep your management link private. It grants access to listing status and billing controls. Contact us promptly if it is lost or shared unintentionally. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for processing and browser storage details.
